Job Description

    Amazon Business Advisory (ABA) team is looking for a Manager, Account Management to lead the paid account management program. In this role you will be expected to lead a team of 50+ people, partner with Amazon category and other AM teams on Business goals and partnering with tech teams to drive automation and efficiency. Key job responsibilitiesThis role will closely work with senior category leadership team and UAM team in India to scale the program for sellers on Amazon. Key success factors for this role will be performance on Business goals, Operational metrics, Seller Experience and Cost of operationsKey job responsibilitiesResponsibilities of this leader include:- Own and deliver on input metrics like Selection, Advertising, FC GV, Program and tools adoption, Deal and coupon OPS for all sellers followed by GMS and Business Growth.- Set up review mechanisms with Seller/Brand specialists to drive performance- Lead a team of 50+ employees spread across multiple regions in India- Drive team engagement, head count planning and hiring across multiple countries.- Lead MBR/QBR reviews for the org with Senior leadership across Sales and AMA day in the lifeManaging a team of Managers, prioritizing strategic initiatives and provide escalation support as needed. Success will be measured by the performance of your internal teams on input metrics and impact of vendors on creating a great customer experience. Identify, action and/or provide advice on how to improve business input metrics that drive growth and improve end customer experience, in collaboration with other Amazon programs and teams. Act as a thought leader in defining success criteria and understand business needs of Selling Partners in an ever-changing business environment. Contributes to and leads strategic plans and documents for the organization. Amazons evolution from Web site to e-commerce partner to development platform is driven by We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:Bengaluru, KA, IND, - MBA degree from a Tier 1 institute- Demonstrated success managing a team with a track record of developing a high performing team.- 10+ years experience in customer/ account management, marketing, buying, or customer service delivery in related industries like retail, telecom, technology or hospitality.- Experience using analysis, reporting, modeling, and forecasting to gather data for the purpose of making business decisions- Strong organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines.- Strong service mindset and ability to use metrics to measure service levels.- Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in composing concise, accurate and appropriately targeted responses. - Experience using analytical, sales, and productivity tools including Oracle Business Intelligence, Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suites, Microsoft OneNote, and Microsoft SharePoint.- E-Commerce experience preferred- Success managing dynamic account portfolios- Program management experience
