Job Description

    Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
    • Undertake Design & Development activity for electronic sub-systems for electric vehicles in concurrence with the suppliers.
    • Project planning
    • New Concept Development, Upgrade existing concepts.
    • Reverse Engineering
    • Conducting DFMEA, DFA, DFM, DRD Preparation, Get DMU analysis done as per interaction Matrix etc.
    • Preparing BOM, Spec., Design Verification & Validation Requirements, Compilation of Test Reports.
    • Analysing & Problem solving using 8D etc.
    • Participate in VA / VE exercise etc.
    • Shall be capable of transforming Electronic Module Concepts to working model for EV Platforms from specifications to product realisation, testing, validation and certification.
    • Preparing schematic & knowledge on circuit simulation tools PSpice, SaberRD, PSIM etc.
    Experience BE/BTech with 7 to 9 years experience- L7M Industry Preferred Automotive (OEM, Tier 1, 2 supplier), Automotive Design Service Providers Qualifications BE/B-TECH, ME/M-TECH in Electrical / Power Electronics Engg General Requirements
    • Design and Development of Analog, Digital & Mixed Signals.
    • Design and Development of Electronic Sub Systems.
    • Design and Development of 1-Phase/3-Phase HV & LV modules in concurrence with EV supply equipments, DC-DC Chargers.
    • Electronic Module Development in concurrence with supplier.
    • Shall be capable of transforming Electronic Module Concepts to working model for EV Platforms from specifications to product realisation, testing, validation and certification.
