Come, transform with us.Inviting applications for the role of Guidewire Senior Business Analyst/ Business AnalystResponsibilities In this role, you will be a play role of a Senior Business Analyst / Business Analyst in our Insurance Platform Transformation practice and will act as a functional expert in P&C Insurance domain working on defining future state processes and requirements and supporting end to end Guidewire implementations. Candidate will be working with the client SME s, Guidewire Architects, Configuration and Integrations Developers to Configure Guidewire platform (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter) and integrate it to internal applications and external service providers to enable to future state processes and requirements.Qualifications we seek in you P&C Insurance domain experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills 5-8 year(s) of experience Agile Development Experience Experience with Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePointPreferred qualifications 5+ years of hands-on business analysis experience on Guidewire Insurance Suite (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter and/or ClaimCenter) Strong knowledge and experience on core Guidewire Suite features and capabilities 5+ years of experience developing business requirement documents, story cards, test scripts, workflow and process flows for Guidewire Insurance Suite (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter and/or ClaimCenter)) 3+ years of experience in one or more of - Guidewire Rating Engine, Product Model, Data Model, Admin Data Loaders, Plan Data Loaders, Forms Inventory etc. 5+ years of experience utilizing guidelines and artifacts of Guidewire to develop a detailed requirement of OOTB Functions and configurations For Senior Business Analyst role, experience managing a team of 3+ BA s Experience operating and interfacing with business SME s including requirements elicitation, negotiation, and presentation skills Minimum 2-3 end-to-end implementation experience of Guidewire Insurance Suite Experience working as part of an agile team and with agile lifecycle management and testing tools e.g. Rally, HP-QC, Jira etc. Certification on Guidewire Insurance Suite (PolicyCenter/BillingCenter/ClaimCenter),
