MANAGER (HRBP) - Responsible for aligning business objectives with employees & management in designated business units. Maintains an effective level of business literacy about the business units financial position, its midrange plans, its culture and its competition.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement HR processes, procedures and best practices: working with senior business management and the HR leadership- Partner with business leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, performance assessment, skills assessment and development- Review and analyze business metrics including data on retention and employee experience in order to recommend systemic improvements- Provide compensation advice including salary planning, approval of salary actions, promotion and job re-leveling recommendations- Partner on hiring the best talent for the business and HR teamsQualification And Experience:1. MBA with 5+ years of experience in HRBP 2. Relationship Management & Collaboration- building and fostering strong trust-based relationships with clients and internal partners across the organization.3. Influence and Negotiation - Ability to read a situation and act in a direct, forceful yet diplomatic manner to develop trust and openness of clients to consider alternatives. Confidence in expressing opposing opinions that are in the best interest of all parties involved.4. Ability to manage conflict effectively and productively.5. A skillful and collaborative team player with the ability to network effectively up, down and across the business.6. Ability to anticipate/solve problems with a sense of urgency; manage changing/multiple priorities, and superior interpersonal, communication and presentation capability.7. Must be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment8. Advanced MS Office Skills9.
