Job Description

Essential Functions

  • Lead and manage the local Order Operations Team ensuring the timely and accurate processing of customer Orders
  • Continuously drive process and system improvement within the Order to Invoice cycle working closely with the business solution architects and project management teams
  • Coordinates and ensure a high level of customer care for both the internal and external customers
  • Proactively in communicating any concerns or opportunities for better project delivery.
  • To examine potential areas for Service Improvement and raise proposals with the management team.
  • Provide technical system leadership ensuring all Order Operations Analysts are leveraging the existing system functionality optimally
  • Interact with internal teams and external vendors to trouble shoot and resolve complex problems
  • Design appropriate metrics for reporting on key performance and quality indicators
  • Actively participate in monthly and quarterly close activities as it related to the Order Operations Function
  • Excellent organization skills and the ability to handle multiple, competing tasks simultaneously
  • Pro-active in maintaining and increasing the teams and your own technical knowledge
  • Identify training needs or requirements for yourself individually and for the team Coach and develop team members
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned

Skills and Experiences
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
  • 6 years of experience of working in people management required preferably with experience in Order Operations or within the Quote to Cash process
  • Previous experience of working for a multi-national software company an advantage
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
