Job Description

Manager, Pardot SpecialistToday, the world is operating in a more dynamic market, with more capable competitors than ever before. Alongside Sales and Product functions, the Marketing function will be central to this transformation. ResponsibilitiesPardot implementation specialist (SME) is responsible for building scalable & highly effective digital marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads, nurture existing leads & help move them seamlessly through the sales funnel with appropriate levels engagement resulting in high conversions. Deep hands-on experience in building B2B marketing programs using Pardot to help drive highly qualified leads into the sales funnel. Intimately familiar with Pardot lead qualification process (grading & scoring). Excellent understanding of Engagement studio in setting up lead nurturing programs. Good knowledge of setting up & managing Salesforce & Pardot connectors. Well versed in best practices for administering Pardot ecosystem. Agile mindset and strong business acumen to help drive conversions. Working knowledge of SFMC will be a plus. Technology architecture & development. Qualifications we seek in you Minimum qualificationsRelevant B2B marketing experience. Pardot specialist certifications. Innovation, Design or Product management degree with some Computer engineering education / certifications / experience. Multiple year experience in delivering engineering focused products in Agile and Lean environment. Essential experience in managing multiple small/medium workstreams in parallel.
