Job Description

    Roles & Responsibility Accomplish Quality process cycle of a factory by controlling samples; follow up materialsproduction in-house status, control materials in-house testing, conducting PP Meetings,cutting permission, inspection, reporting & record keeping. Provide training and educate to the quality & production personnel, maintain the neededquality requirements throughout the production processes strictly following the Quality SOP& brand requirements. Checking cutting, sewing, and finishing in-process quality control and report to themanagement. Understand and follow the quality SOP in each step of the process, implement buyer s everywork manual & follow the quality standard to the production factory. Conduct In-line Audit, an in-process audit in sewing, finishing, and packing. Monitor the whole quality process of the assigned factory. Conducting Final inspection and confirm the quality of the product. Train up and lead factory nominated QA team directly. Ultimate responsible person for factory quality controlling process from buyer end. Ultimate responsible person for factory quality controlling process from buyer end. Need to generate weekly quality report and Monthly quality reports. KRA s are Reducing DHU%, improve first audit pass rate, reducing Inward Rejection andreducing customer returns.Qualifications &; Experience B-Tech/NIFT with 6+ yrs experience in Garment Manufacturing & QA functions. Strong communication and project management skills Strong Analytical Skills and Process Orientation- Proficiency in MS-Office is must. Previous experience in retail & e-commerce added advantage,
