- To identify potential in the assigned geography.- To expand and manage network of distributors.- Negotiate contracts for sales and manage, renew, review contracts as required to enable effective trading, operations, and customer/supplier relations.- Actively upgrade customers into using more premium products.- Manage sales across all product categories. - Plan and manage overseas sales through distributors and other relevant sales outlets.- Ensure that all customer orders are met through prompt deliveries, continuity in supply and maintenance of optimum lead time.- Monitor overdues and outstandings and keep it to a minimum.- Understand Customer requirements, purchasing power and provide products at the optimum buying rate through effective export pricing.- Plan and implement export strategy and activities consistent with overall aims and requirements of the organization.5. Preferred Candidate: - 5 years managing international business for Indian FMCG (preferably Personal Care). - Must have distributor appointment & management experience in international markets- Must have had TL & P&L accountability - Preferred market experience in MENA, SAARC, Russia/CIS, SEA.6.
