Role - Strategy ManagerAs a Strategy manager, incumbent need to work on various open problem statement that KredX is solving in the space of unsecured business lendingResponsibilities - - Drive strategic, cross-functional projects under the leadership of CEO- Convert the strategic objectives into OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) that help define the how-to for achieving the goals- Collaborate with Functional leaders and teams to implement and institutionalize change.- Support the CEO in developing presentations for important meetings with the board, investors, strategic partners, etc- Formulating and implementing strategies while closely working with the CEO and intervene, suggest, support wherever required.- Ensure timely and effective completion of projects and initiatives of the CEO.Requirements - - 2-4 years of experience post-MBA from IIMs / ISB- Consulting experience in top tier firms such as Mckinsey, BCG, Bain is a strong plus- Prior startup experience in cross-functional roles such as strategy, CEOs office is a strong plus- Looking for someone who is highly structured and can create order and rigor in running the organization- Should be a confident communicator, driven & tenacious- Should be able to influence team members across all levels without the need for direct authority,
