  • Responsible to conduct with Outsourcing Owner:
    • Escalate issues, risks, exceptions & breaches detected to the risk forums/ committees and Outsourcing Governance Unit (OGU)
    • Implementation of risk mitigation measures for issues, risks , exceptions & breaches relating to outsourcing
    • Attend Service Review Meetings (SRM)
    • Accountable for end-to-end in-sourcing of outsourced activity back into SCB Singapore in the event of a termination of outsourcing arrangement
  • Responsible to provide input/ updates:
    • During completion of New or Incremental Outsourcing proposal(s)
    • Onsite reviews, completion of Periodic Risk Review
    • Internal and external auditors on outsourcing related matters
    • Revision of Contract/ Service Level Agreement
    • During completion of Termination checklist
    • Change in Job Owners
  • To participate in the regular outsourcing trainings organized by Outsourcing Governance Unit (OGU)
