Very strong crisis management skills will also be essential.The goal is to grow the company, constantly moving towards fulfilling its short-term and long-term objectives and does not diverge from its strategic guidelines.Responsibilities:Develop and execute the companys business strategies to attain the goals of the DME Business President, board and shareholdersProvide strategic advice to the Business President, board and Chairperson so that they will have accurate view of the market and the companys futureWork together with the global leadership with actions to maximize the financial results of worldwide supporting the addition of new products and servicesPrepare and implement comprehensive business plans to facilitate achievement by planning cost-effective operations and market development activitiesEnsure company policies and legal guidelines are communicated all the way from the top down in the company and that they are followed at all timesCommunicate and maintain trust relationships with shareholders, business partners and authoritiesOversee the companys growth, financial performance, investments and other business venturesDelegate responsibilities and supervise the work of executives providing guidance and motivation to drive maximum performanceRead all submitted reports by lower rank managers to reward performance, prevent issues and resolve problemsAct as the public speaker and public relations representative of the company in ways that strengthen its profileAnalyze problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure company survival and growthKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:Demonstrable experience in developing strategic business plans and growing top- line salesKnowledge of Mould Design and Injection Molding ProcessThorough knowledge of market changes and forces that influence the company Strong understanding of corporate finance and measures of performanceFamiliarity with corporate law and management best practices Excellent organisational and leadership skillsExcellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilitiesBSc/BA in business administration or relevant field; MSc/MA will be preferredQualification & Experience:B.E., M.E or M.Tech Even diploma candidates with proven track record will be considered Proven experience in managerial position for minimum 10 years in manufacturing industry 50:50 knowledge into Manufacturing and Marketing will be an added advantage Plus 15 years in the capacity of Managing Director in any Plastic injection molding, Tooling or Mold industryAge:Around 50 years with 15+ years experienceRecruiters Name, Email & Mobile number.(To receive responses)Name Amith JainNumber hidden_mobileEmail hidden_email
