Job Description

    Business domain consulting experience will have client engagement and support responsibility for a range of industry solutions. The objective is to deliver high value support and contribute to thought leadership with new and existing Wipro clients. Extensive automotive/discrete manufacturing consulting expertise with client facing exposure. Defining and aligning business requirements with key sponsors & stakeholders. Translate application storyboards and use cases into functional applications. Work with multiple stakeholders and drive consensus on requirements prioritization, trade off decisions. Create business case, seek project funding approvals. Create impactful presentations, documents and supporting material to enable selling and business development activities. Contributing to customer satisfaction by providing timely and functional solutions. Actively assist sales pursuits and pre-sales efforts on RFP bids for client opportunities through the domain consulting and focus on winning/converting the opportunities. Working alongside functional, industry and technical specialists to assist with the implementation and integration of innovative solutions. Work closely with project architect team, tracking how the project s requirements have been implemented by linking requirements to project deliverables. Maintaining effective working relationships with client staff at all levels encountered on and off client site. Developing knowledge of the key industries while identifying areas for niche specific professional growth. Required Skills Excellence in strategic and analytical problem solving - Quantitative, fact-based approach to team based problem solving and strategic approach to addressing issues and offering solutions. Outstanding leadership, communication, and social skills - Effective verbal and written communication style. Ability to confidently build a strong rapport with executives at all levels of an organization. Must understand and be able to apply current market trends and prevalent technologies to help provide clients with potential solutions to address their business challenges. Self-guided attitude and initiative - The ability to succeed in a professional environment where client and project direction is not always well defined. Strong domain expertise and business process experience in at least 1-2 of the areas: Product development, purchasing & supply chain management, manufacturing, marketing, sales, aftersales service & warranty, connected vehicle telematics. Experience of program management of multiple medium to large size teams. Exposure or awareness/certification in at least two of the below leading technology vendor solutions/platforms is a plus: SAP, Salesforce, Azure, AWS, Pega BPM, CRM. Must have strong understanding of application domain. Ability to independently manage client relationships. Strong presentation and communication skills. As a Senior Consultant in one of the industry verticals, you are responsible for contribution to the functional design, architecture of the solution and product configuration for an implementation. You may have managerial responsibilities towards the team of analysts and developers. You should be able to lead project planning and delivery effort from the domain team. You are expected to build value through deep product, functional and application expertise and client manager engagement capabilities. ,
