Job Description

    The Risk, Compliance and Controls (RCC) Technology team delivers a wide range of technology solutions to support the firm s Risk Management functions (Credit Risk, Market Risk, Country Risk, Operational Risk, Reputational Risk), Compliance functions (Trade Surveillance, Financial Crimes, Electronic Communication, Employee Compliance), and Control functions (first and second line of defense controls). Highly desirable capabilities:Advanced knowledge of architecture, design across all systemsProficiency in multiple modern programming languages including Java, Java Script, Shell Knowledge of industry wide technology trends and best practices Ability to collaborate with high-performing teams and individuals throughout the firm to accomplish common goalsUnderstanding of software lifecycle phases such as business analysis, development, test, and maintenanceStrong experience in Java , SpringDesigning and implementing microservices using Spring boot.Strong adherence to Test-driven Development (TDD) practices including unit test development and achievement of good code coverage metricsExperience with open source frameworks e.g. SpringExperience with Maven build/deployment processStrong experience in PL/SQL, including stored procedures, queries, etc.Strong understanding of object oriented programming and design patternsExperience with GIT Source Code management techniques/ tools for software management, SDLC tools (JIRA)Experience working with Agile methodology of product implementation and deliveryBig Data & Python Skills are a strong plus:-Big Data technical stack including Hadoop, Hue, Impala, and SparkPublic/Internal Cloud Skills are a strong plus:-Hands on experience with the AWS CLI and SDKs/API tools-AWS services including S3, EC2, and EMR-Demonstrated experience with Springboot and Microservice development in a Cloud Native environment,
