Job Description

  • Tracking and upgradation of task performed.
  • Finding appropriate solution and problem raised. Handling break/ fix and configuration issues.
  • Guidance in trouble shouting and resolving L2 configuration.
  • Generating new business leads.
  • Budget-management skills and proficiency.
  • Increasing brand awareness and market share with Direction and Co-Ordination.
  • Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly.
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing both networking and CCTVs.
  • Working with the executive team, marketing director or managing director, to set the marketing strategy for the business.
  • Negotiating and liaising with third-party marketing agencies.
Controlling the Activities of Employees.
  • In-depth knowledge of all networks, especially used by the company with strong Interpersonal skills and experience.
  • Quickly responds to incident alerts and support calls. Identifies, and coordinates with teams that are critical to the events resolution.
REQUIREMENT:
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to capture and articulate technical and non-technical details.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in L2 operations
  • Knowledge on CCTV & Networking
Location: BangaloreExperience: 4-5 yearsEducation Qualification: (B.tech/B.E) or MBARelevant experience: 1-2 years
