Job Description

    Oversee social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Website etc)Build brand digitally and increase visibility through social media. Should be creative and have attention to detailCollaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales and customer service to ensure brand consistencyCommunicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviewsSuggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitionsStay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applicationsBasic understanding of other marketing functions, like BTL, ATL, and dealing with external vendors. (Agencies, printers etc.)Ability to drive the agency, coordinate with the internal and external team and manage social media contentStrong command over English languageAdvanced knowledge of Google Analytics & Google Webmaster Tools, website backend is added advantage.
