Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:End-to-end coordination of Myntra Assured Shoots Program for improving partner experience for product listing on Myntra. The role would involve working closely with vendors and internal teams for management of Marketplace photo shoot under the MAS scheme.Vendor Coordination:

  • Analyse PO process and coordinate with an inward and outward team on space management.
  • Schedule brand catalog submission as per the studio availability.
  • Coordinate with the brand for shoot requirements.
  • Ensure timely delivery and Invoice for all shoots.
  • Work closely with CM and brand to get feedback for process improvement
Operation Management:
  • Coordinate with Ops team on daily basis on shoot reqierment and volume.
  • Coordinate with planning team on forcasting and studio allocation.
  • Work closely with PO and SKU creation team to ensure timely delivery on PO.
  • Understand invoice process and share input with finance team for payment.
Business Genration:
  • Work closely with CM and BU heads to convert the lead to Myntra assured shoot program.
  • Coordinate with the category operation and sales team to understand different sales event and plan catalog accordingly.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • 3-4 years experience in Vendor Management
  • Planning and forecasting
  • Willing to understand fashion shoot
  • Bachelor s degree or equivalent required.
  • Professional experience in a high volume, high production operations environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Excel
  • Proficient creating and analyzing operational performance metrics
  • Oral and written English proficiency
  • Occasional travel may be required
