Job Description

    The IS&T (Information System & Technology) Service team supports the maintenance business on several processes: warranty, maintenance and service execution. One major role of the team is to design, deliver and support Maintenance Management System based on Maximo technology to Alstom projects worldwide.The Maximo specialist role is to ensure that the solutions delivered are aligned with Alstom Maximo core model rules. He / She will need to interact with internal and external stakeholders in order to respond to our increased number of MMS deployments. RESPONSIBILITIES As a Maximo specialist, you are in charge of:
    • Building Alstom Maximo Core Model
    • Knowledge of indistry solution (ACM, Transportation) is a strong plus
    • Install and configure Maximo application based on Core Model for Alstom maintenance project, Alstom customer, Consortium
    • Ensuring that Maximo Core Model (solution + processes & rules) is well documented, evolves consistently and is not jeopardized by localization
    • Interacting with Operations teams by monitoring their activities & providing functional expertise when needed
    In order to be able to execute all the responsibilities above, you will be working with our external partners. In addition, you will be constantly liaising between partners and local business in order to drive the different projects successfully. When it comes to our applicative landscape, you will be working not only with partners and business but also with other IS&T teams in other pillars. Your functional expertise will be needed in order to deliver the different projects with high quality and on time.Your Functional scope contains following business processes: corrective and preventative maintenance Service execution, Repair to stock, Stock management BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES You are action-oriented person with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. You are a self-starter and result oriented person. Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills are a must because you will need to work autonomously in a worldwide & multicultural environment. You should be agile to handle multiple tasks efficiently, keeping the big picture, and effectively delivering outcomes in a fast-paced environment. TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES & EXPERIENCE
    • 5 years of experience of Maximo implementation: installation, configuration, development
    • Knowledge of Maintenance processes like Corrective, preventive
    • Language skills: English expertise is a must both spoken and written
    • Graduated with an engineering degree, preferably in information technology
