This role will be more hands on, working with Technical Architect/ Expert and external partners in setting up TIBCO EBX and MDM technical governance and deliveries for the MDM program and the future projects/ workload basis the MDM program delivery.STRUCTURE, REPORTING, NETWORKS & LINKS Organization Structure:CITO|-- VP Business Solutions |-- Digital & Innovation Director |--Data Platforms Manager |-- MDM Delivery Manager |-- MDM AnalystOrganizational Reporting:Reports to MDM Delivery ManagerNetwork & Links:

• The MDM Analyst will be part of IS&T Digital & Innovations Team. Operationally will be working with different Business Functions, Business SPOCS, partners and different teams in IS&T organization.
• This position will be reporting to MDM Delivery Manager.
• Internal stakeholders will be Business SPOCs from different functional areas, Operations Managers, enterprise architects, security team and applications owners.
• External stakeholders will be Partners involved in MDM Program implementation and TIBCO.

Primary Goals and Objectives-This role will support in setting up technical expertise inhouse of Master data Management using the technical platform TIBCO EBX (FORMERLY ORCHESTRA NETWORKS EBX). The role is viewed as a specialist in solution design, development, performance tuning and troubleshooting of TIBCO EBX (FORMERLY ORCHESTRA NETWORKS EBX).RESPONSIBILITIES:The candidate is expected to develop high-end Java code and will have to carry out complex analysis, design and programming tasks requiring advanced techniques of Master Data Management using Tibco EBX platform.

• Will make technology decisions related to the Alstom MDM environment in collaboration with the Technical Expert
• Will create reusable assets and accelerators for Alstom MDM platform.
• Will need to read and understand data models and work with data and databases.
• Will perform activities in Change & Incident Management, application production support activities
• Will need to understand the Business requirements and Functional requirement Documents and Design a Technical Solution as per the business needs e.g. Write necessary Java code for enhancements or make necessary configuration changes in data models of Tibco EBX.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 2-4 years overall IT experience as a Java Developer with 1-2 years of experience in the area of implementing and supporting MDM solutions using TIBCO EBX (FORMERLY ORCHESTRA NETWORKS EBX).

EDUCATION:B.E. (Bachelor of Engineering)BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES:

• Should demonstrate excellent collaboration skills as person will be interacting with multiple business units, Solution managers and internal IT teams
• Should have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Should demonstrate excellent communication skills

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES & EXPERIENCE:Technical expertise in TIBCO EBX (FORMERLY ORCHESTRA NETWORKS EBX) is a MUST.Technical Skills:Must Have:

• Must be proficient reading and understanding data models
• Must have strong experience of 1-2 years working with TIBCO EBX (Orchestra Networks EBX)
• Must have strong software development experience. More than 3+ years experience in Java coding
• Must have at least 3+ years experience working with data and databases. This includes informal data analysis skills (i.e., a curiosity about the relationships between data elements and rules impacting data).
• Must be comfortable with the concept of services (important for integrating with an ESB for operational MDM)
• Has data modelling experience, creating data models including metadata
• Must have strong experience in defining or contributing in defining data access policies (groups, user-profiles).
• Must have Extensive data quality and data migration experience including proficiency in data warehousing, data analysis and conversion planning for data migration activities

Good to Have:

• Has experience working with ESB technologies like Dell Boomi
• Has strong formal data analysis skills
• Has strong data integration skills
• Has experience working in ServiceNow
• Have worked on building enterprise solutions on DevOps CI/ CD using Jenkins
