Job Description

    Key Skills/Knowledge:
    • Extensive Hands-on experience with data management or data transformation tools of Stibo, Collibra, Informatica p360, Boomi.
    • Hands-on experience in solving challenges for master data management, data quality problems or complex data integration.
    • Well versed with challenges related to the set-up of Data & Analytics-driven organizations.
    • Strong knowledge on MDM architecture, design, and development skills and should be aware of MDM best practices and development.
    • Strong understanding of MDM concepts, Object Oriented design and programming, data modeling, entity relationship diagrams.
    • Strong understanding of Java, JavaScript, XML, XSD, and JSON. Strong understanding of pattern matching and regular expressions.
    • Strong Reporting & Analytics skillset with previous experience managing a team .
    • Strong personal influencing and communication skills to challenge the business and achieve compromise.
    • Highly analytical and strong critical thinker Strong decision making and influencing skills .
    • Strong planning and organizational skills Results and output orientated Able to work closely with and build excellent relationships with key stakeholders.
    • Able to manage, develop and mentor less experienced members of the team Highly effective communication skills; articulate and able to converse at all levels.
