Your Impact : Success in this role will be measured by your ability to : - Consistently design, deliver and measure effectiveness of learning interventions- Collaborate well across all BUs; act as a Trusted Advisor to business and HR business partners- Create/curate structured self-paced learning content focused on the functional and behavioural competencies- Manage large scale interventions- Create awareness about the development opportunities across the organization Specific Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To : - Build strong partnerships with the business teams and HRBPs to create specific learning interventions- Conduct detailed Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and shape learning solutions to achieve the organizational goals- Leverage the existing learning platform to curate content specific to identified development areas for the organization.- Work closely with internal subject matter experts and external partners to design focused content- Employ innovative, scalable blended learning methods for specific cohorts- Program manage the large scale learning programs by creating structured project and communication plans- Determine and report evaluation metrics- Use data to track and measure the impact of programs tied to business output- Design and deliver learning interventions across modalities Skills Required : - 3-5 years experience in Learning and Development- Proven experience in managing large projects- Expertise with different modalities of learning- Ability to leverage technology to support digital and virtual learning - Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills- Solid project management & organizational skills- Strong problem solving and ability to work comfortably with data Meeshos work culture values : - Thinking 10x, thinking long term- Speed over perfection- Company>team>individual- Standing up and speaking minds- User and problem first mindset,
