Job Description

Job DescriptionSkills Needed

  • Extensive experience in embedded software development in C
  • Extensive experience in Linux system on processor like ARM/RCAR
  • Must have experience on BSP (Board support packages), board bring-up activities and cross-compilation
  • Must have good knowledge on bootloaders like U-boot, device trees (DTB), root file systems
  • Must have good experience in Linux kernel programming and socket programming
  • Must have good knowledge in processes, threads, interrupts and memory mapping and IPC
  • Experience in software requirements development/management
  • Experience with software configuration management and change management
  • Experience or knowhow on hardware schematics and understanding
  • Software Integration and releases
AdditionalSkills:
  • Nice to have knowledge of AUTOSAR
  • Network protocols like CAN, LIN, FlexRay, UDS and ETHERNET
  • Added advantage having basic knowledge of multicore architecture
  • Knowledge on tools like CANalyzer, CANoe, Wireshark, Logic Analyzers
  • Good to have experience in yocto software development for multi stage bootloader U-boot and Linux
  • Nice to have Knowledge on ARM trusted firmware.
  • Good to have on Static analysis tools like Axivion, Unit testing using VectorCAST
  • Good to have knowledge on device drivers like character drivers, Ethernet/net drivers and Linux internals like semaphore, Mutex, IPC and network stack/TCPIP stack
  • Nice to have experience in ASPICE standards
