  • Project Role :Cloud Services Operations
  • Project Role Description :Act as liaison between the client and Accenture operations teams for support and escalations. Communicate service delivery health to all stakeholders and explain any performance issues or risks. Ensure Cloud orchestration and automation capability is operating based on target SLAs with minimal downtime. Hold performance meetings to share performance and consumption data and trends.

  • Job Requirements :
      • Key Responsibilities : -Responsible for troubleshooting on Microsoft Windows Server Administration Windows 2k3/8/12/16 Active Directory -Responsible for troubleshooting on VMware Administration vSphere 5x and 6x versions -Work on WSUS and SCCM -Tasks related to DHCP, AD, DNS and basic networking -Windows Servers Active Directory core level troubleshooting -Responsible for monitoring, supporting, participating in the development enhancements of the VMware platform
      • Technical Experience : -Extensive experience building scalable, highly available, latest Windows Servers, Windows Active Directory, ADFS MC virtual infrastructures -Core hands on experience in Power Shell Scripting -Installed and Configured ESXi and vSphere Suite including vCenter 6X -Integration with cloud eg Azure and AWS Created, configured and managed VMware clusters with HA and DRS -Security hardening and Monitoring of VMs ESX servers CPU, Memory, Disk, Network Utilization for Security Compliance
      • Professional Attributes : -Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment -Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment -Should be able to initial level of trouble shootings -Experience must have been gained in a production environment -Excellent Written and Verbal Communication
    • Educational Qualification : -Graduation in BTech or BCA in Computer Science or IT
