      • Technical Experience : The resource must have hands-on experience in Microsoft Azure Cloud Administration The resource must have relevant Microsoft Cloud and Networking certifications AZ900,AZ104 etc The resource must have experience in managing virtual machines VMs preferably HyperV and also Windows administration
      • Professional Attributes : The resource should have ability to work under pressure and maintain calm and composed nature for production support The resource should have clear and concise communication both verbal and written
    • Educational Qualification : minimum 15 years of full time education
