    • Project Role :Infrastructure Consulting Lead
    • Project Role Description :Design the strategy to manage Client IT Infrastructure in order to support the delivery of operational efficiencies, improve employee and workplace performance and meet dynamic business demands. Coordinate overall infrastructure improvements across the workplace, network, datacenter and operations as well as provide resources to manage and run the infrastructure on a managed or capacity services basis.

    • Job Requirements :
        • Key Responsibilities : 1 Responsible for client technical environment and processes 2 Be the primary client liaison for all client facing technical discussions 3 Responsible for tracking outstanding problems resulting from alert trending analysis and provide recommendation for adjustment and ensure client reported incidents and problems 4 Act as the change and capacity manager for the services being delivered 5 Be responsible for driving the RCA process for major incident and conduct client reviews
        • Technical Experience : - 4-5 years of experience supporting Azure for clients - Working knowledge of troubleshooting IaaS / PaaS in Azure and PowerShell - Working knowledge of Azure Active Directory to include Azure AD, Azure ADDS, Privileged Identity Management, Azure Policies and RBAC -Azure networking to include Application Gateway, Azure Bastion, Azure DNS, Azure Firewall, Express Route, Load Balancer, Network Watcher, Private Link, Traffic Manager -Knowledge in PaaS services like Azure Apps, Databases
        • Professional Attributes : 1Should be highly credible with demonstrable ability to solve business problems 2 Passion for customers, learning, having proven ability to be client focus 3 Solid written and spoken English skills
        • Educational Qualification : Bachelors Degree or Equivalent
      • Additional Information : Must be willing to work in UK/US shifts Required Certifications - Azure Administrator Associate
