A Dynamics CRM Techno-functional Consultant/Architect leads the technical aspects of a D365 Customer Engagement (CRM) project or workstream working in collaboration with the marketing/functional team and developers.Learn the customers business, needs, and processes and architect solutions utilizing modern technologies and techniques to help them achieve their goals. Designs should find a balance between user satisfaction, maintainability, scalability, and cost to implement.Independently evaluate, design, and implement scalable Microsoft Dynamics 365 business solutions, often working to help customers deploy their solutions.Drive Dynamics CRM implementations through all project phases, including discovery, definition,build, test and deploy.Lead data-centric, marketing and business process discussions with the client through discoverymeetings.Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, system diagrams, and prototypes.Document technical risks and issues, and actively work to avoid, mitigate, resolve risks and technicaldebt.Develop integrations and customizations to Dynamics CRM.Design and lead the system architecture process to create, define specifications for, and implementcustomizations for any custom code or data migration requirements.Present tailored demonstrations of the technology solution.Estimation of effort required to deliver requirements for existing/new projects.Troubleshooting failures, working with all parties to understand the underlying root cause.Lead a team of data analysts for generating insights out of the marketing operations implementedthrough Dynamics CRMQualification:B.
