        • Key Responsibilities : Ensure the effective support and delivery of system tools google workspace and workspot to support the transition to Windows 10/11 Primarily ownership of the EUC ticket queue, providing 3rd line technical support for IT incidents and problems Working alongside vendors as appropriate to investigate solutions Tickets are to be owned until successful resolution May include escalation management to third party vendors, including Microsoft Premier Support Patch Management and Windows 10/11 Servicing
        • Technical Experience : Good understanding as well as having experience in any of the below 3 technologies 1 Exchange 2 App packing 3 Intune 4 share point 5 MDM 6 Office Pro Plus 7 sharepoint online 8 One Drive 9 M365 10 SCCM 11 windows desktop Mmgt 12 RTS 13 WorkSpot 14 Google workplace
