Job Description

    • Job Requirements :
        • Key Responsibilities : Ensuring the operational health of the SharePoint online environment including security, availability, performance, interoperability and reliability Administration support and configuration of SharePoint online and M365 applications, Maintenance of existing client SharePoint sites and sub sites, lists, libraries, and content including pages, workflows, and items,Maintenance of additional complementary functionality for customer sub sites, lists, libraries, and content
        • Technical Experience : - Support, configure, and monitor the SharePoint environments, provide critical problem solving and advanced trouble-shooting -Perform SharePoint patching requires after hours support Maintain operational documentation detailing technical environment, farm/site configuration, and support processes - Ensure data backups are captured and perform recovery tests Monitoring SharePoint trends eg site usage and growth, disk space usage and growth - Regular review, cleanup, management
        • Professional Attributes : 1 Should have ability to solve business problems 2 Passion for customers, learning, having proven ability to be client focus 3 Should be able to interact with clients and with users on escalated tickets
        • Educational Qualification : Bachelors degree or equivalent
      • Additional Information : Should be ready to work in shifts, mostly extended UK/US shift; Azure certification is plus
