If you want to be part of an inclusive, adaptable, and forward-thinking organization, apply now.We are currently seeking a MS Dynamics Technical Consultant - Finance to join our team in Bangalore, Karn taka (IN-KA), India (IN).Soft Skills Ability to work independently, prioritize and solve problems proactively Ability to focus on deadlines and deliverables Ability to think abstractly Team player with strong communication skills and customer focus Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities Clear and effective communicationsFunctional/Technical Skills 2 to 5 years development experience with Microsoft development tools Demonstrated ability to:o Apply Microsoft development techniques effectively following development best practiceso Plan and carry out unit testing o Familiar and experienced in:o Core Microsoft Dynamics Applicationso Implementation Methodologyo Microsoft .NET technology, Microsoft Visual Studio development system, and Microsoft Dynamics specific development environmentso Network and operating systemso Web Services and Microsoft SharePoint Portal Servero Understanding of key independent software vendors (ISVs) within the industryo Must know how to use VSTS and have exposure to other developer collaborative platforms, must have detailed exposure to LCS with the ability to spin up environments, code merges, configuration overwriteso Exposure to the management of the Azure infrastructure either via Microsoft managed infrastructure or own managed azure infrastructure . including networking, firewall management and environment provisiono Successful completion of applicable product certification exams.Typical ActivitiesDiagnostic Support service estimations for development tasksDesign Collaborate with the consultants in writing the technical design documents Review the design documentation and related estimationsDevelopment Customisation of the product to meet the needs of the customer based on the specifications from the Functional Consultant Integration of the solution with the customer s legacy databases and systems Document custom developed functionality in accordance to documentation standards and best practices Implement add-ons and code from third parties Initial test of the developed functionality Function testing of the developed functionality with the financial consultant Data migration development and testingDeployment Support integrated testing In case of upcoming customisation requests during the deployment phase, perform the design and development tasks in accordance with the defined change request processOperation Clear pending issues Finalize documentationAgile Preparation Review/validate high-level estimates given within the Solution Backlog Provide input to the establishment of Integration Strategy Help the Solution and/or Technical Architect in gathering Data Migration RequirementsAgile Execution Attend the Sprint Planning Meetings Lead development efforts within the Sprint cycle across Custom Coding, Integration and Interfaces, and Data migration streams Support Sprint Cycle Testing Attend Sprint Post MortemAbout NTT DATA ServicesNTT DATA Services is a global business and IT services provider specializing in digital, cloud and automation across a comprehensive portfolio of consulting, applications, infrastructure and business process services.
