  • Job Requirements :
      • Key Responsibilities : A: Engage with business focals on L2-L3 incidents Resolve incidents within SLA assigned per service tier SLA matrix B: Keep a track on all incoming requests and support operations and SF SOM team on issue/problem resolution C: Perform Product assessment along with Powerhouse team
      • Technical Experience : A: Good understanding of API integration methodology Rest and SOAP API knowledge good to have, Mulesoft experience is a plus B: Must be proficient in Salesforcecom and the related tools like Apex, Visualforce etc along with other Advanced components of Visual force, Chatter API etc C: Good understanding of Salesforce Cloud features with 6 years of Salesforce development In depth knowledge of Salesforce Lighting Framework /LWC
      • Professional Attributes : A: Good communication skills and other soft skills
    • Educational Qualification : A: Minimum 15 years of full time education
