In this role, you will be driving a wide portfolio of camera-imaging, AVS and Videos complex user experience, use cases and features. Successful candidate will be a strong contributor to platform definition and will lead the execution. You will define and drive design, development, and integration of end to end subsystem solutions. You will engage with cross functional groups, third party hardware and software vendors, OS vendors and customers in gathering and analysing Multimedia requirements, drive tech readiness, define a feasible, modular, reusable and scalable solutions on schedule. You must have excellent written, verbal communication and analytical skills. You must be a good team player with results oriented mindset. You should have a proven track record of working in highly ambiguous environments and establishing a clear objectives for execution and delivery.----------------------------------------------------------------Successful candidatesare expected to demonstrate:

• Technical leadership in delivering complex Multimedia (Audio, Video and Imaging) subsystem use cases and features to customers
• Identify the Next Gen multimedia features, architect and define the execution plan aligned to platform milestones.
• Hands-on experience in developing Windows Device drivers, firmware and middleware and integration across other media subsystem components like Camera, Audio, Video, Codecs, Thunderbolt, HDMI, Miracast, etc.
• Strong system software experience in Windows is required. Hands-on experience in Windows Media Foundation and Windows Driver Framework (WDF).
• 3D graphics expertise (including CUDA/ DX11/12 and/or Vulkan)
• Cache management for compute workload cache/thread mgmt
• Display driver expertise
• Expertise in Deep Learning networks and frameworks (ex. Tensorflow, Pytorch)
• Knowledge of inference libraries applicable for graphics (ex. OpenCL, DirectML)
• Experience in C/C++ programming and is adept at using development environments such as Visual Studio, debugging tools, and power/performance tools.
• Device driver and middleware development, integration, debugging for subsystems that span multiple horizontal and vertical layers.
• Experience in performance and quality improvement for high density gaming solution for leading client technology

QualificationsQualifications:

• 10+ year of experience in Multimedia domain
• Bachelors Degree or higher in EE, CE or CS
• Excellent working knowledge in Hardware-Software integration of graphics post-processing pipelines, and computer vision across SoC platform components to deliver product quality use cases and features.
• Device driver and middleware development, integration, debugging for subsystems that span multiple horizontal and vertical layers.
• Expert knowledge and hands on experience in OS fundamentals, OS internals, OS-level APIs, Multi-threaded design, system level development/prototype, C/C++ programming.
• Strong written and oral communications skills to influence and collaborate across a range of audiences in business and technical groups.
• Proven experience working through the full product cycle from initial design to final product.
• Experience working on real time AV communication (WebRTC, SIP, RTP/RTCP) and/or streaming technologies (HLS, DASH) is a plus
• Experience working with Open CL/Open CV/Open GL frameworks is a plus
