Job Description

    Our ideal candidate will have :- Ability to pre-empt requirements and plan work for a quick TAT- Understanding of the creator ecosystem- Cross-cultural communications, including English proficiency. Fluency in Hindi and/or any South Indian language is a plus- Ability to create and maintain strong relationships across the team, and balance the needs of multiple stakeholders- Can identify CTAs, monitor impact and make recommendations for changeResponsibilities Will Include :- Plan, develop, and implement outgoing communication to a younger set of audience, including session invites, activities and program announcements.- Identify channels for scaled communication with creators and influencers.- Coordinate and build creative briefs for the agency for various internal team requirements. Identify effective treatments for the creatives.- Take responsibility for all creative communications activities for the partnerships team.- Vet written materials, including educational documents, product playbooks, messaging guidelines and creative communication.- Strategise, build and coordinate the social calendar for the MX TakaTak Social Media handle with the agency in collaboration with the TakaTak Social Media team- Build social communication keeping in mind the brand identity and seek all necessary approvals for the social calendar- Identify opportunities for creator communication through internal channels- Manage, support and reply to day-to-day creator inbounds through email in coordination with support teams. Able to escalate issues when necessaryBasic Qualifications:- 5+ years of work experience in Marketing CommunicationsPreferred qualifications:- Should have the ability to handle stakeholders from various teams.- Knowledge of G-Suite, PowerPoint and Canva. - Experience in marketing communication from media-related sectors.- Demonstrated ability to work calmly and maintain good judgment in fast-paced environments. Ability to escalate - appropriately.- Ability to think, plan and execute on multiple projects simultaneously in an organized fashion.- Ability to speak and write in English fluently.- Ability to read and understand Hinglish and/or any South Indian language is a plusThis job opening was posted long time back.
