Job Description

  • As Network Administrator, you will play a key role in the deployment, configuration, and management of our firewall and VPN infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
  • Providing 2nd level technical support for complex problems in an operational environment;
  • Recommending alternative solutions, priorities, systems hardware/software, design changes and improvements;
  • Performing off-hours work to support customer changes;
  • Maximizes performance by troubleshooting network problems and outages and scheduling upgrades.
  • Updates data servers and network equipment.
  • Collaborates with network architects on network optimization.
  • Accomplish information systems and organization mission by completing related results as needed
  • Managing problems to resolution using defined process flow;
  • Implementing changes using defined change management protocol;
  • Performing additional responsibilities as assigned
  • Maintain CMDB Inventory in Service-Now
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
  • 6+ years extensive experience / knowledge of R&S, Wireless, Optimization and in load balancing worked in complex environment including various products, aware of SBM and enterprise scenarios.
  • Experience in Troubleshooting DC environment incidents
  • In-depth Knowledge of Network protocols like BGP, OSPF, EIGRP.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting network problems and Switching issues
  • Hands-on experience in -ACI, F5, Riverbed, Infoblox, DNS, DHCP
  • Exposure to SolarWinds tool
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
  • SD-WAN Viptela Experience.
  • Experience in P1 / P0 Troubleshooting customer
  • You love collaborative environments that use agile methodologies to encourage creative design thinking and find innovative ways to develop with cutting edge technologies
  • Ambitious individual who can work under their own direction towards agreed targets/goals and with creative approach to work
