Job Description

Our Client started its operation in the year 2003 with a vision of providing state-of-art IT infrastructure solutions for various business verticals like Power, Steel, Cements, Petroleum, Defence etc.,Our Client operated by a group of IT professionals with head quarter at Hyderabad Our Client has presence in all major cities [viz. Hyderabad, Delhi, Bangalore, Kolkata] and has the necessary infrastructure to provide the best technical solution and high levels of post installation support.Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Establishing the networking environment by designing system configuration, directing system installation, defining, documenting and enforcing system standards.
  • The design and implementation of new solutions and improving resilience of the current environment.
  • Maximizing network performance by monitoring performance, troubleshooting network problems and outages, scheduling upgrades and collaborating with network architects on network optimization.
  • Undertaking data network fault investigations in local and wide area environments, using information from multiple sources.
  • Installation and configuration of CCTV Camera/DVR onsite systems and associated Access Control Systems.
  • Troubleshooting & maintenance of CCTV systems.
  • Site survey for CCTV installation.
  • Evaluate signal quality and performance with computers, networks and software.
  • Repair and Configuration of IP and Analog CCTV systems.
  • Securing network systems by establishing and enforcing policies, and defining and monitoring access.
  • Reporting network operational status by gathering and prioritizing information and managing projects.
  • Hands on Experience of Video Management software like Bosch, Axis, Milestone, Genetec, Mindtree etc.
  • Upgrading data network equipment to the latest stable firmware releases.
  • The configuration of routing and switching equipment.
  • The configuration of hosted IP voice services.
  • The basic configuration of firewalls.
  • Remote support of on-site engineers and end users/customers during installation.
  • Remote troubleshooting and fault finding if issues occur upon initial installation.
  • Capacity management and audit of IP addressing and hosted devices within data centres.
  • Liaising with project management teams, third-line engineers and service desk engineers on a regular basis.
  • Communicate with customers via email and phone for initial requirement capture.
Requirements:
  1. Qualification: Diploma/Degree(B.Com)/ B.Tech (ECE/EEE)/ M.Com/ M.Tech(ECE/EEE)
  2. Experience: Freshers and 1-3 years of relevant experience
  3. Technical Skills: LAN, WAN, Switches & Routers, CCTV installation, IP Cameras
  4. Subject: Networking & Related Hardware
  5. Certification: CCNA/CCNP/Networking
  6. Fluency: English (Mandatory in verbal and vocal), Hindi (Vocal is enough).
  7. Two-wheeler with a valid driving license (Mandatory)
  8. Willing to travel across the country
