We are looking for a proficient system security engineer, who enjoys security work to help us secure edge boundaries, hardened our defenses against attacks and securing highly sensitive data. This engineer will: Help grow and sustain the existing production site critical to our business. Provide technical guidance to our clients regarding service integration and our security posture. Partner with the Network Software Development team to increase operating efficiencies by reducing manual tasks through automation. Assist with design, testing and certification of new products Follows the industry for new trends and emerging technologies allowing for the constant evolution of our designs to stay ahead of new threatsQualifications A team player, that can multitask and manage assigned tasks to meet deadlines and objectives or our stakeholdersEnergetic and self-motivated person eager to work in a global organizationAbility to work efficiently in fast-paced technical environment with increasing support demands and complexity3-5 years of experience managing large enterprise distributed security environmentsSolid experience with engineering and deployment of firewalls in large scale environments. Experience with IDS/IPS and proxy platforms a plus.Ability to troubleshoot application outages and performance issuesSound understanding of routing and switching protocols along with Linux host system managementScripting experience is a plusPublic cloud deployment or VPN experience a plusRequirements Strong client orientation and business interaction skillsStrong oral and written communication skillsThorough understanding of the latest security principles, techniques, and protocolsAbility to author and maintain technical documentationBachelor s or a higher education degree in Computer Science, or related fieldSolid experience with Cisco ASA and Palo Alto Firewalls and associated management systems (Cisco CSM and Palo Panorama)Recommends, schedules, and performs network security enhancements and upgradesCreates and updates security documentationConfigures, updates and manages enterprise firewall and network security appliances for mission-critical business applications,
