  • Project Role :Cloud Operations Engineer
  • Project Role Description :Manage the cloud infrastructure environment through cross technology administration (OS, databases, virtual networks), execution of scripting and monitoring automations. Manage the environment incidents with a focus on service restoration. Act as operations support for all computer, network, storage, security, or automation incidents /requests.

  • Job Requirements :
      • Key Responsibilities : -The Network Security Engineer position is required to ensure project deliveries for Network Security for AIG This position must be based in India in order to provide the appropriate level of support during the APAC daytime hours, to interface with the various teams from the region - This position requires daily interaction and communication with various APAC based Application support, Network teams and Businesses Units
      • Technical Experience : -Minimum of 6 years extensive experience in network security field with a good command of the technical architecture of client and network security - In-depth knowledge of network security Firewall, IPS, NAC, VPN, DLP, Proxy, APT in large scale environment - Hands on experience in security systems, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems,, authentication systems, log management, content filtering internet proxy, SSL VPN and etc - Experience with network technologies and with system
      • Professional Attributes : - Good verbal and written communication skills to connect with customers at varying levels of the organization - Ability to operate independently and make decisions with little direct supervision - Problem solving skills and ability to work under pressure
    • Educational Qualification : 1 Bachelors degree 2 ITIL V3/V4
