Job Description

  • Project Role :Cloud Services Operations
  • Project Role Description :Act as liaison between the client and Accenture operations teams for support and escalations. Communicate service delivery health to all stakeholders and explain any performance issues or risks. Ensure Cloud orchestration and automation capability is operating based on target SLAs with minimal downtime. Hold performance meetings to share performance and consumption data and trends.

      • Key Responsibilities : A:Experience in designing or supporting network solutions in a regulated industry or large organization Mandatory B:Capable of bringing together knowledge from multiple sources and consolidating into an end-to-end solution Mandatory C:A proactive approach to workload completion Mandatory D:The ability to effectively communicate and explain complex solutions Mandatory
      • Technical Experience : A:Thorough knowledge of the TCP/IP protocol Suite, VLSM, IP address allocation Mandatory B:Detailed understanding of products from vendors such as Cisco, Juniper, F5 and Fortinet Minimum 1 vendor C:Experience in Software Defined Network implementation Optional D: 5 years of experience in designing, implementing or supporting complex networks Strong in one or more on below skills
