Job Description

    Responsibility :
    • Conversant with end to end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding the candidates.
    • Scheduling the candidates for interviews based on the technical panel availability and follow up for the feedback
    • Should be highly adaptable to new technologies and business environment and strong in non IT recruitment (BPO,ITES, Finance requirements )
    • Follow up with the candidate till they are on boarded.
    • Good command in verbal and written communication skills.
    • Good in Relationship management with clients/vendors.
    • Excellent analytical, presentation and interpersonal skills which includes email etiquettes
    • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates.
    • Source potential candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
    Knowledge & Skills
    • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
    • Proven experience as an non IT Recruiter, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong understanding of roles, technologies, and terminology.
    • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to effectively evaluate skills and qualifications of candidates.
    • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
    • Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
    • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
    • High level of professionalism and ethics.
