Nature of Work 1. Responsible for the remit of support services covering all areas of Messaging, Collaboration and Communications (primarily Microsoft 365) 2. Provides advance analysis of all incidents raised or escalated to the team. 3. Coordinates with other support teams as needed, in resolving issues assigned to the team. 4. Ensures proper SLA targets are met. 5. Works with Support Team Lead and Architect Team in documenting, implementing, and improving operational processes. 6. Responsible for covering support for Directory Services as may be needed 7. Engages the Technology Support Desk and other teams as needed while performing specific tasks. 8. Assist in project tasks as may be needed and work with team mates to balance the workload Key Areas of Support 1. Microsoft 365 Tenant Administration focusing on Office 365 Support and Administration 2. Office 365 Security Monitor Microsoft 365 service health and resolve security alerts, Exchange Online Protection and Advanced Threat Protection 3. Office 365 Compliance Azure Information Protection and Data retention 4. Exchange Online Exchange Hybrid environment Support and Administration 5. Maintain a highly secure Office 365 system through proper configuration in conjunction with the Information security team 6. Identity and Access Management Office 365 Azure MultiFactor Authentication, Privilege Identity management, AAD Identity Protection 7. SharePoint Online and OneDrive Support and Administration 8. Active Directory and Azure Active Directory Support Preferred Qualifications 1. Experience with Microsoft 365 Administration (At least 5 years) 2. Experience with Exchange Online Exchange OnPremise Hybrid 3. Experience Office 365 Security and Compliance 4. Knowledge with Microsoft Teams Administration 5. Knowledge with Sharepoint Online and OneDrive 6. Knowledge with Active Directory Domain Services and Azure Active Directory 7. Familiar with Skype For Business Hybrid with Enterprise Voice 8. Familiar with DNS, CertificatesPKI Infrastructure, DHCP 9. Familiar with other relevant Microsoft Technologies 10. Any relevant Microsoft 365 Certification is a plus,
