Domain knowledge in Upstream value chain Subsurface, Drilling & Exploration, Production and Reservoir management.Experience in gathering, identifying and documenting business requirement and creating functional specifications for new systems and processes.Experience in assessing as-is processes, doing gap analysis, creating to-be processes and making recommendations to implement changes.Good knowledge on software configuration management systemsAwareness of latest technologies and Industry trendsLogical thinking and problem solving skills along with an ability to collaborateClient Interfacing skillsSupport pursuits with large Oil & Gas prospects, specifically articulating Infosys products and services unique value proposition through practical use cases across the value chain.Create solution/product demonstrations, POC/Proof of Technology workshops and prepare effort estimates.Product knowledge on the domain area.Experience working in Agile.CSM would be an advantage.experience working in product development would be an advantage,
