Job Description

Job summary : We are looking for a communications leader who can effortlessly manage the complexities and yet provide a compelling narrative of Ola Electrics mission, our products, and the impact they create in peoples lives both internally and externally. Key Responsivities : - Communication expert with a keen interest in telling brand stories of meaningful, high impact organizations using different media including film and design communication.- Develop a communications plan including strategy along with Brand & PR team - Develop an understanding of industry trends and make appropriate recommendations regarding communication strategy. - To work closely and influence other team members and clients to ensure operational and communication goals.- Responsible for the external media focused written communications such as pitches, press releases, briefing materials, byline articles and keynote presentations and coverage reports for OEM. - Work closely with other marketing teams to develop and execute initiatives that help us achieve business objectives. - Develop ideas for press releases, content marketing or other ways to generate earned media impressions. Must Have : - 5-9 years of experience in handling corporate communications, reputation management (Online & Offline) & crisis communication. We will index higher on quality of experience and demonstrated outcomes rather than just number of years.- Experience across growth stage startups, automotive & EV manufacturers is mandatory- Demonstrated ability to create a compelling narrative and communication strategy- Strong existing media relations including at editorial levels- Obsession about every written and spoken word pertaining to or coming from us- Great ability for stakeholder interaction and management- Strategic thinking, and relentless, flawless execution.This job opening was posted long time back.
