This organization is focused on using innovations and techniques to drive tangible business outcomes for HP and our Partners. The role will be part of a team changing how we and our partners operate to improve customer experience based on HP Brand and Product Compliance criteria. Main objective is to establish a consistent selective distribution compliance and product trace process in Greater Asia to support price arbitrage initiatives, improving HP s competitiveness via policy and program adoption with focus on brand listing.Key responsibilities

  • Responsible for the communication and governance and Project lead Policy key initiatives.
  • Support Implementation Policy compliance tools to improve customer experience and Brand Compliance
  • Support development automated reporting and analytics models Policy monitoring
  • Establish a consistent compliance and product trace process
  • Work with internal teams across the entire organization (i.e. legal, category, sales, channel strategy, markets, Omnichannel team, etc.) to implement and execute Policy
Education and Experience Required
  • University or bachelor s degree in business, finance or engineering; advanced degree or MBA preferred.
  • Typically, 5+ years of progressive professional experience with a combination of Business Planning, Reporting and Analytics preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills, high proficiency in Excel required.
  • Ability to communicate and interact effectively with both technical and non-technical team members.
  • Product experience in HP Supplies Business is a bonus.
  • Excellent communication skills (i.e. written, verbal, presentation). Mastery in English and additional languages a bonus.
  • Strong business experience in multiple process areas with excellent project management and process development skills; ability to drive process improvements using industry standard quality improvements tools and concepts.
  • Self-starter who is comfortable dealing with pivots in Strategic direction as business needs dictate.
  • Team player, good communication and coordination skills
