- Recommendations to devop teams for their open source code to eliminate risk and fullfill license compliance, based on the guidelines of the Daimler Legal Team. - Consulting and support for the devops teams in maintaining open source license compliance with the tool Black Duck Hub in coordination with Synopys - Creation of How Tos, FAQs and best practices for the use of Black Duck Hub as well as to enable Open Source License Compliance - Support of the Mercedes-Benz Foss team in the rollout of the Foss Policy - Supporting the Foss Disclosure Process at Mercedes-Benz, *- a good understanding of open source Software License Compliance - a comprehensive know how about the most common Foss Licenses currently in use in the open source world - you are able to support and consult devops teams on how to Ensure Foss license compliance, fulfillment of Open Source license obligations integrated in a continuous delivery process. - Significant technical expertise with client Server architecture webbased and mobile apps. Understanding and experience with Devops and CI/CD Pipeline Solutions. - Technical understanding of IT application architectures - Ability to determine the legal requirements, judging licenes for open source components in subject to the technical Architecture of an IT Service. - Skills in Black Duck Hub are of interest but are not a requirement - Experience with github
