Job Description

    Have an opening with Leading MNC Pharmaceutical CompanyRole : Assoc Dir SAP FI (Central Finance/ S4 HANA).Location: BangaloreKey Responsibilities:Defines team operating standards and ensures essential procedures are followed based on knowledge of own disciplineSubject matter expert leveraging technical and business knowledge to implement complex initiatives, Provide functional implementation services for new SAP S/4HANA finance applications.Manage Activities production operation activities - Release Management, bug fix, upgrades, patches, enhancementsLead investigation and resolution efforts for critical, high impact problems and incidentsParticipate in the design and development processesProvide technical support on complex projectsResponsible for the existing applications Landscape.Awareness of policies, procedures and business plan when making decisions; receives guidance from senior managerVendor managementAdapts departmental plans and priorities to address resource and operational challengesProvides technical guidance to employees, colleagues and/or customersSupport the change processes required to implement revised operational and business systems with in responsibility.Work closely with the business and IT stakholders management teams in FI AP, Porcurement and addition Corp area globally on all aspects of support related activitiesMaintain excellent communications with the department, promote the sharing of knowledge, leading to improved business supportSupports resolution and testing off bug fixes in global and local interfacesSuggest improvements in support process in order to enable better business satisfactionEnsure quality services are performed to the agreed SLA by reporting and measurementActively support impact assessment process from functional perspective aligning business requirements, increase global template adherence, manage needed localizations and raise to COE team for any template change required.Understand interdependencies and ensure integration with other E2E teams and global support tracks as well as inter dependent projects.
