Job Description

Own, drive and deliver the Digital Sub-Contractor Strategy across an assigned subset of partners, including 10 year partner lifecycle models, partner strategic workforce management, contracting model, measurement, insight, benchmarking, innovation and transformation to maximise investment value.
Recommends and executes Digital sub-contractor policies, guidelines and transition plan that leads to a consolidation of our sub-contractor landscape, fewer hand-offs, improved performance and quality outputs
Collaborate with the Delivery Units to develop the sub-contractor partner commercial and skillsets required to support and drive the Digital vision and strategy.

External partner experience, procuring, negotiation, strategy, capability measurement and mapping, contracting methods, performance measurement, innovation and transformation.
Stakeholder Management: Experience working across a wide range of teams and stakeholders both internal and external to align plans and deliver business outcomes
Change management, transformation implementation of supplier landscape, process and people change
Hands on experience of IT delivery and operations and/or IT procurement
