Building & maintaining healthy business relations with high net worth & major corporate clients. Territory mapping & market segmentation to identify new customer groups to market various products& increase market share with update on Industry scenario. Formulate long term business plans at the company level by defining long term company strategy based on analysis of key market, competitor developments technological change & long-term customer trends.Internal collaboration Implementing management systems in the organization & ensuring compliance with the client requirements. Handling price management based on production requirements, margin management through price benchmarking. Play a vital role in facilitating collaboration with supporting functions like Commercial & Supply Chain. Active involvement in preparing management reports & dashboards.Strategic PlanningManaging business operations with focus on top-line & bottom-line performance and determining companys mission & strategic direction as conveyed through policies & corporate objectives. Formulating strategies and reaching out to the unexplored market segments / customer groups for business expansion. Reviewing and interpreting the competition after in-depth analysis of market information to fine-tune the marketing strategies and augment business volumes.Vendor Management Developing partnerships with supplier, managing supplier, performance of vendors to ensure meeting of service, cost, delivery and quality norms. Taking adequate measures to monitor and analyze the performance of vendors and pertaining to cost, quality and delivery norms.Team Management Acts as a mentor to the AMs and Executives supporting them in the role. Play an important role for development, monitoring and evaluation of team. Responsible for building capability into the region in people and systems.
