Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

    • Job Requirements :
        • Key Responsibilities : 1: Providing directory services for collaboration services eg Microsoft Skype for Business, Microsoft Teams, Slack, SharePoint 2: Supporting Messaging functionality and services accessed by means of Client-approved Software solutions eg Microsoft Outlook, Exchange Active Sync, and Microsoft Outlook Web Access OWA 3: Maintaining e-mail system which may include electronic mail service, calendar, scheduling, contacts, tasks eg Microsoft Outlook, Exchange
        • Technical Experience : 1: Upon request, delivering audit trails of activity, including tracking information on the messaging service per legal and compliance requirements defined by Client 2: Maintaining a subscriber database including all information required by Client and supported by Microsoft Exchange 3: Performing mail and attachment virus scanning, policy management, encryption and authentication 4: Spam control and protection services for e-mail, utilizing Clients existing tools
        • Professional Attributes : 1: Need to work in shifts 2: Travel to other locations when required 3: Be flexible to work with other platforms 4: Good Communication and collaborative skills 5: Ability to adapt with challenging situations
      • Educational Qualification : 1: BE/BTech Computer Science 2: Any Certification in MS exchange
