    Openings for Fraud investigation / Transaction Monitoring / SAR / Chargeback / Sal-5L PANotice - Immediate Joining(Notice less than a week)Package - 5.5LPALocation - Bangalore (currently should be residing in Bangalore)Shift - Rotational ShiftProfile - Fraud Investigation / Monitoring Transaction / SAR / Chargeback Disputes- Completely in banking sectorWORK FROM OFFICEInterested candidatesHR Raksha@hidden_mobilehidden_emailFraud InvestigationJob descriptionMonitor accounts and transactions regularly to identify any fraudulent activities.Supervise Fraud Analysts to identify and investigate fraudulent activities.Perform fraud investigations and submit reports to the concerned manager.Perform product review to identify any vulnerabilities.Create and implement preventive measures to stop frauds.Investigate any suspicious activity and report to management immediately.Recommend new software tools used for fraud detection, prevention and reporting activities.Interact with external partners such as law enforcement agencies, vendors and banks to validate information to check fraudulent activities.Maintain fraud analysis models to improve efficiency and effectiveness of company systems.Chargeback Analyst Full Time(Work from Office)To analyze assigned MIDS and evaluate cases for disputes.To make decisions to contest the cases.To analyze transaction history, notes, and verify details pertaining to the cases.To access various portals, CRM, processors, and gateways to collate compellingevidences relevant to the case.To verify tracking details and support Clients about positives and missing informationto win Cases.To prepare a rebuttal letter for the merchant with supporting documents in anaccurate format. Upload accurate document sets to win Cases.Keep abreast knowledge of payment rules and regulations that is currently in theindustry.To review and update knowledge of transaction processes, industry changes anddevelopments.Interested candidatesHR Raksha@hidden_mobilehidden_email
