Purpose of Job:Develop a SaaS based application (An Enterprise Resource Planning Application for SME segments) on Cloud Technology.Eligibility Criteria:1. BE (CSE, IT, ISE) / MCA with aggregate of 70% with 1-3 years of work experience.2. Experience in Web applications development (the candidate should have work experience in working with any one of the javascript framework, bootstrap, Jquery).3. Must have a strong Desire to learn new technology and ability to adapt soon.4. Must have hands on experience in Java, J2EE, AJAX and related technologies.5. Hands on Core JAVA, Spring 3.0, Spring MVC, Hibernate, JSON and Jasper.6. MySQL is essential7. Hands on writing Technical design documents based on the Business requirements.8. Knowledge of SDLC process is an advantage for this role.Key Responsibilities:Develop an Application on Java, SPRING 3.0, Hibernate, JSP or other selected languages for SaaS products and/or applications consistently following our coding standards and in accordance with applicable software development methodology and release processes Usage of Software engineering tools such as configuration management systems, build processes, and debuggers in the development process Write Design documents, create and execute designs for small sets of new functionality as part of a software project Collaborate and add value through participation in peer code review, providing comments and suggestions Provide a reliable solution to a variety of problems using problem solving techniques Perform technical root cause analysis and outline corrective action for given problems Serve as a mentor to less experienced software engineers Estimate level of effort, evaluate new options of similar technology, offer suggestions to improve processes Apply a sense of urgency, commitment and focus on priority in developing solutions in a timely manner. Review product and/or application information including manuals and brochures for technical accuracy Perform other duties as necessary
