Job Description

    Operations AssociateResponsibilities1. Assist the Sr. Operations Manager in daily management.2. Perform administrative tasks.3. Maintain schedule of operations.4. Cooperate with different departments5. Serve as primary system administrator for the CRM environment. 6. Handle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, dashboards, workflows and other routine tasks7. Complete regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades8. Interacting with vendors concerning any concerns.9. Build and maintain good relationships with already approved old and new vendors.10. Researching new vendors based on price and quality and selecting them based on the vendor management plan11.Identify and onboard new channel partners.12.Manage the performance of existing partners, and develop strategies to improve their sales and revenue.13. Monitor all the daily operations of the housekeeping department14. Managing daily purchasing activities for site offices.Requirements and skills1. Proven work experience as an 2. Operations Associate or similar role3. Excellent communication and listening skills4. Ability to work under pressure5. Strong computer proficiency6. Experience with inventory management, database, or similar software is beneficial.7. Strong data management abilities8. A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements9.
