Data Annotation Operations Lead Summary :The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of experience in working on Data Annotation in real time on ADAS, DMS (Driver monitoring system) or gesture recognition with basic understanding of data-analysis and image processing. We are seeking for operations lead with an edge to learn any labeling models quickly with good communication skills and supervision annotation activities with vendor managers. Candidate with focus on providing ground truth with quality acumen. Job responsibilities: Will be part of the Data Annotation team that provides ground truth for our product with annotation on 2D and 3D images and videos. The candidate should be able to work in fast-paced agile annotation delivery mode to deliver more than expected annotations per day. Expected to be a lead the floor with 170 plus team member with leadership attitude and communication. Responsibilities 1. Ability to lead operations on day-to-day Annotation activities with expected quality2. Monitor productivity of all floor and prepare management reports.4. Contribute to Annotation planning, improvements in annotators training and skill.5. Experiment and provide feedback in the Annotation environment.7. Track record in providing high quality ground truth output.8. Ability to train new joiners and build good teams.9. Interested in working on fast-paced, Agile based Data Annotation eco-system10. Ability to generate Daily status reports and floor performance reports. Basic Education: Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science / Information Technology / Electronics / Electrical/Mechanical, Degree in Non-engineering domain accepted. Preferred skills: Strong data Annotation skills in Gesture recognition, Facial recognition, ADAS or Driver monitor systems.Background in Data Annotation tools in Vision, Radar, Lidar preferable.Experience in Agile methodology or worked in agile delivery are preferable.Basic knowledge of image processing. Good to Have: Knowledge in Data Annotation and have a lead a Data annotation teamKnowledge in basics of machine learning and Deep Learning.Exposure to Data annotation tools.Good communication skills.,
